F.A. News, World Cup Full Year Sets.

If you're looking for the ideal magazine archive reflecting on England's preparation and success in the 1966 World Cup, then these are for you.

You will no doubt be aware that we have previously been able to offer individual issues of F.A. News from the 1950's and 1960's, ordinarily on sale at £5 each.  However, what we've not previously had were any complete year volumes. So we're pleased to be able to offer Volume 15 and Volume 16, covering August 1965 to July 1966 and August 1966 to July 1967 respectively.  Indeed, the way the pages in the magazines are numbered suggests they should be compiled into complete seasons, and all index pages and inserts are included within. All magazines are complete and in immaculate condition. You won't find better examples of these magazines which are approaching 60 years old.

Of course, the issues of F.A. News of this era don't just focus on the 1966 World Cup.  They also cover all aspects of the game from grass roots upwards, plus the ever increasing commercialisation of the era, as clubs improved floodlights, playing surfaces and other features within their stadia.

While we appreciate collectors may be looking for individual magazines, we feel the best way of presenting these is to sell them as complete year volumes at £40 per set, and WON'T be splitting them for individual sale
