Postage & PayPal

As we are sure customers will be aware, we've have endeavoured to keep postage charges to a bare minimum in recent years, and for any applicable charges to reflect the size/weight of items sent.

However, the ongoing price increases implemented by Royal Mail mean that we now have no other option than to peg a fixed postage charge to UK orders under £15.

WOULD CUSTOMERS PLEASE KINDLY NOTE THAT MINIMUM POSTAGE OF £3 IS NOW APPLIED TO ALL SUCH ORDERS ?  If your order is for a single, small old lightweight programme this rate WILL be reduced if possible.  Please bear in mind that this rate includes 'signed for/recorded delivery' postage as detailed in the terms and conditions in our 'Ordering From NWM' section. (Postage on any encylopaedia-style books will remain at £5).

WE TAKE THIS OPPORTUNITY TO REMIND UK CUSTOMERS THAT FREE POSTAGE IS STILL OFFERED ON UK ORDERS OF £15 OR MORE, AND THAT FOR ANY NON-UK CUSTOMERS WE WILL OBTAIN DETAILS OF THE BEST POSSIBLE RATE/METHOD OF DELIVERY SERVICE BEFORE CONFIRMING PRICING FOR YOUR ENQUIRY.

We would also remind customers sending payment via PayPal that they MUST use the "sending to friends & family" option please (rather than 'paying for goods or services'). This ensures that the FULL value of the order is received by ourselves, which in turn of course means that we can keep pricing as competitive as we possibly can !  The funds we lose as a result of not being paid as detailed above means that we are now considering implementing a surcharge on PayPal transactions.

We trust customers will understand the reason for the minor revision in postage rates, and hope you will agree that the simplest remedy to this is to ensure that you find £15 worth of material to order !!!
