All United Kingdom orders will be sent via a traceable delivery service, either by Royal Mail Tracked, or another recognised parcel carrier. UK ORDERS OF £15 OR MORE WILL BE SENT CARRIAGE PAID.  For UK orders totalling less than £15, a £3 postage charge is applicable (if a single lightweight item which can be sent as a standard letter has been ordered, this charge MAY be reduced at our discretion).


WE ARE ALSO HAPPY TO ACCEPT ENQUIRIES FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE THE UK.  Please be aware that, in line with all our domestic orders, items will ONLY be sent abroad by a tracked postal or carrier service.  Please contact us with details of the items which are of interest, and we will obtain pricing of postage for you before confirming an order.   



PLEASE NOTE  :  We accept NO liability or responsibility UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES for any Customs Duties which non-UK customers may incur upon receipt of goods, or any non-delivery of goods as a result of items being held by Customs Authorities.   Should parcels be returned to us due to non-payment of Customs Duties a PARTIAL refund with adjustmenst to reflect deduction of carriage costs will be issued at our discretion ONLY upon safe return of goods



Please e-mail your requirements OR DOWNLOAD AND COPY THE ORDER FORM and send it to  We will pick and prepare your order and advise you of any items we no longer have, although we will always aim to update lists as soon as orders are processed. We also aim to list any faults or problems with programmes as concisely and as accurately as possible. We are aware that every individual collector will have a different opinion as to what they may accept condition wise, so please advise us if you do not want any sub standard programmes. We will happily e-mail pictures of any items which may be of interest to you.


Please do not send payment BEFORE we have confirmed your order, and advised you of the total required including any P&P/carriage charges. Secure payments can be sent via PayPal to .  PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FIRST LETTER OF THE E-MAIL ADDRESS IS A SMALL 'L', so we ask that you take care not to enter a 'capital I' by mistake when sending enquiries and payments !  We would also be grateful if you could send it as a "gift/friends & family" payment if paying via PayPal please.


We can also give your our details should you wish to arrange a direct bank transfer (though, as highlighted above, "friends & family" PayPal is our preferred option as it helps keep admin costs to us down). Cheques made payable to "NWM Football" are also acceptable.  We do NOT accept unused postage stamps as payment.


"Holds Policy" - We do of course, welcome enquiries regarding availability on any listed items. However, payment for any material which customers request that we hold MUST be received within seven days of our confirmation that the items are available. Should payment not be received within a week, items will be returned to stock and advertised as being back on sale.  Regrettably, we have held material on far too many occasions in the past only to hear nothing from prospective buyers, so there is NO EXCEPTION to this ruling.


If there are any items which you are not happy with which you wish to return, please do so (by recorded delivery) within 14 days of invoice date. (Postage charges, either original or return, will NOT be refunded).


Please note, while we are aware that there are many organisations and individuals who need items of football memorabilia for charitable/fund-raising causes, we are NOT in a position to be able to make such donations.
