We are pleased to be able to offer a fantastic selection Watford FC related ephemera, including handbooks, posters, promotional commercial material, books and other memorabilia primarily relating to the period when Graham Taylor was Manager during the late 1970's and the 1980's. These items had been retained by the family of Shirley Evans, who was Secretary to a number of managers at the Club, most notably Taylor.

ELTON  LEADS  THE  HORNETS

Original 1977 poster supplied by the Watford Observer, based on Terry Challis' painting gifted to Elton John.  The ambitions in this artwork were largely realised during the next ten years, including the first steps in building a new stadium, and climbing the summit to challenge the most succssful clubs in the country.   A highly sought after and iconic piece of Watford FC memorabila.

1981-82  TEAM  POSTER

Team photo/poster from the 1981-82, the season in which the Club finished runners-up in the Second Division, thus gaining promotion to the top flight for the first time.
